Island air is hard on AC.
Port Aransas sits at the north end of Mustang Island with the Gulf on one side and the bays on the other, so equipment here gets more salt than anywhere else we work. It's one of the farthest spots on our regular map, and it's part of our regular service area.
On the island, outdoor units corrode faster, condensate drains work overtime in the humidity, and vacation rentals need their systems running between guests, not breaking down on a Saturday check-in. We're open seven days, and the price doesn't change on the weekend.
Homeowners, rental owners and property managers all call us for the same thing: find the problem, show the proof, give the price and fix it.

Questions from Port Aransas
Do you come out to Port Aransas?
Yes. Port A is part of our regular service area. Call or book online and we'll get you scheduled.
My rental's AC went out before check-in. Can you help on a weekend?
We're open Saturday and Sunday at the same price as weekdays. Call and a real person will get you the soonest time.
Can you send photos to an owner who isn't on the island?
Yes. Our visits come with readings and photos, which makes it easy for an out-of-town owner to see the problem and approve the repair.
How often should island units be checked?
Twice a year at least. Salt and humidity are harder on equipment here than anywhere else on the coast.
