An AC that blows warm air can have a dozen different causes: a failed capacitor, a dirty coil, a refrigerant leak, a clogged drain that tripped the float switch, a bad contactor. Guessing gets expensive. We test the system until we know which one it is.

Then you get the price. Nothing gets repaired until you've said yes, and the price doesn't change because it's Sunday. We're open seven days with no overtime charges, which matters a lot when the AC quits on a Saturday in August.

Questions about AC repair

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. We'll give you pricing before any repairs are made, so nothing gets fixed until you've said yes.

Do you charge more on weekends?

No. The price is the same on Sunday as it is on Tuesday. We're open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, and Sunday 9am to 4pm.

My AC is frozen. What should I do?

Turn the system off at the thermostat, leave the fan on if you can to help it thaw, and give us a call. Running a frozen system can damage the compressor.

Why is water leaking from my AC?

Most of the time it's a clogged condensate drain line. The coast's humidity means these systems pull a lot of water out of the air, and algae in the line backs it up. We'll clear it and check the safety switch.

Do you work on window units?

No, we don't service window units. If you're ready to move past one, ask us about a ductless mini-split.
