Advanced Diagnostics

Proof, not promises.

A lot of people have had the experience of a technician saying a part is bad and a big number following right behind it, with nothing to look at but his word. That's not how we work.

We use thermal imaging cameras to see heat: a hot electrical connection, a duct leaking cold air into the attic, a coil that isn't cooling evenly. Digital gauges and probes show the system's pressures, temperatures and electrical readings live, while it runs.

You get to see it on the screen and in the report. When we say a part is failing, you can see why, and when something is fine, you can see that too.

★★★★★

“Super fast response (was here within the hour) a polite and knowledgeable technician completed a troubleshooting process, presented an estimate, and completed required repairs. He kept me updated on progress and I'm happy with the result.  Thanks!”

Diagnostics questions

What does a thermal imaging camera show on an AC system?

Temperature differences. It shows an electrical connection that's overheating, cold air leaking from a duct into the attic, or a coil that's only cooling in one spot. Problems that hide from the eye show up clearly.

Will you show me the problem before I approve the repair?

Yes. You'll see the readings and photos, and you get the price before any repair is made.

Why get a second opinion on a big repair?

If someone has told you that you need a compressor or a whole new system, it's worth seeing the proof. We'll test it and show you what we find, either way.

Do diagnostics take long?

Most systems can be diagnosed in a single visit. Intermittent problems that only show up sometimes can take a little more detective work.
